A well-established hospital and ambulatory surgery center are seeking locum tenens CRNA coverage.
The facility maintains a highly supportive, team-oriented culture, with a strong collaboration between CRNAs and Physicians.
Hospital Volume: An average of 60 cases per day between the main hospital and surgery center.
Care Team Model: Typically 3 CRNAs per 1 MD.
Support Staff: Anesthesia Techs (main hospital) assist with setup and preparation for major cases.
Hospital Bed Size: 140 beds, 9 surgery rooms.
EMR: Allscripts (transitioning to Epic in 2026).

About the clinician's workday

CRNAs will work in a hospital and surgery center setting with a diverse patient population of all ages.
No PICU or NICU (high-acuity peds and neonatal cases are transferred).

Case types include:

✅ Ortho (total joints)
✅ Pediatrics (low acuity)
✅ Trauma (Level II Facility)
✅ Neuro, Plastics, OB, General Surgery, ENT, Endoscopies, Urology/Cystos
❌ No transplants
❌ No cardiac cases or blocks (handled by Physicians)

Additional job details

Amount of coverage needed per month: Minimum 1 week/month, with additional availability welcome.
Skills required: The facility is open to CRNAs with varied case experience, but flexibility is key.
