CRNA needed in Terre Haute, IN

Job description

Type of cases required: Cardiac, ORTHO, ENDO, GEN, Ophthamology, Vascular, GYN, PEDs, Urology, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma (NO OB, yet)

Supervision: MDs onsite - little to no supervision

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Cerner

Vaccination Required: N/A

Licenses: COI - IN PCF required. TEE / Heart Experience is preferred. Certification - BLS / ACLS _must be through AHA

Additional Facts Regarding Site: Must have IMLC. Can work off of a compact license for 6 months while they have temps. If full privledges after 6 months they have to have an RN license in IN.



Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified

***If OB NOT in the Case Mix, they don't necessarily require Spinal, Epidurals & Blocks. Note in the submission what provider is comfortable doing so we can ask Client to approve
