Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for a locum assignment at a community hospital in Northern Indiana.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift Details: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weeknight Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
• Weekend Call: 24-hour coverage (Saturday/Sunday)
• Call Requirements: Required (includes OB/OR call responsibilities)

Work Details
• Case Mix: Endoscopy (high volume ~1,000 cases), podiatry, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, and some pediatrics
• Practice Model: Independent CRNA-led practice (no supervision model)
• Responsibilities: Full-spectrum anesthesia care including OB and OR coverage; must be comfortable with regional anesthesia and OB cases
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required (CRNA certification)
• License: Active Indiana license required
