Shift(s) Description:Flexible scheduling + on-call

Weekend Requirements: 5–6 calls per month, 1 holiday call per year (post-call day off)

On-Call Requirements: 5–6 calls per month, 1 holiday call per year (post-call day off)


Under limited supervision, the CRNA will:

Perform anesthesia care under the supervision of the Department Medical Director, Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, and other attending physicians

Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for all case types except transplants

Provide anesthesia services that include:

Regional Anesthesia

General Anesthesia

Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)

Support procedures in OB, Cath Lab, and ED

Provide nerve blocks (no chronic pain management anesthesia)

Oversee some endoscopy procedures

Work collaboratively in a team-based model with anesthesiologists and a local private Anesthesiology group

Benefit from physician support before, during, and after procedures

Have the opportunity to teach SRNAs


Compensation & Benefits:

Total compensation package up to $335,000

Includes Loan Repayment ($30K)

Includes Sign-On Bonus ($40K)

34 days of PTO/year

CME Allowance: $3,000 annually

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – required by start date
Iowa License – highly preferred
