Coverage Details:
• Coverage needed per month: Monday-Thursday, needing 18 CRNAs, 1 doing OB. Friday needs 16 CRNAs. Shifts are 8/10/12 hours.
• Frequency of any Call needed: TBD
• Schedule Details: Monday-Thursday, needing 18 CRNAs, 1 doing OB. Friday needs 16 CRNAs. Shifts are 8/10/12 hours.
Work Details:
• Support staff: 8 anesthesiologists, 32 current CRNAs, care team, supervising physicians
• Department Description: Level 1 trauma center
• Patient Volume: high case volume, numbers vary
• Number of Rooms: 2 endo (function as QZ), 2 cath, 1 OB
• Patient Age Group: sick and healthy pediatrics all the way through geriatrics
• EMR/Documentation System: TBD
• EMR/Documentation system experience – required or preferred?: TBD
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: epidurals, pain management, spinal taps
• Special Equipment Used: TBD
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Preferred NBCRNA
• State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: KY
• Certifications Req’d?: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Specific Skills Req’d?: TBD
• CSR Req’d?: TBD
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Minimum Experience Req’d: 2 years
• Are vaccines mandatory?: TBD
