Job description

Type of cases required: Endo, ORTHO ,Urology, General, GYN, mild cardiac cases Must be ultrasound proficient

Supervision: All CRNA Practice

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: CERNER

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions

Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS
CERTS- ACLS Must be through AHA

Additional Facts Regarding Site: In - Person orientation required prior to start date (1-2 days)

1000 cases per year, potential for teaching blocks if skillset is lower. Critical care center with 25 beds, Hospital can provide housing

Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified
