Schedule
• Start Date: April 13, 2026
• Shift: Day shift only
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Call: None (No weeknight or weekend call)

Specific Coverage Dates Needed:
• April 13–17
• April 27–May 1
• May 11–15
• May 18–22
• May 25–29

Ongoing Schedule:
• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Begins June 15, 2026 – ongoing
Practice Model
• Independent CRNA practice (no supervision)

Case Types
• Endoscopy
• Gynecology
• General Surgery
• Urology
Regional & Neuraxial Skills (Required):
• Spinals
• Epidurals
• Peripheral nerve blocks
Additional Blocks Performed at Site:
• Rectus sheath
• QL blocks
• TAP blocks
• Femoral & Adductor Canal
• Interscalene
