-Float position with another local facility
-Schedule Details: October ongoing
• Full time: Mon-Fri; 7a-3p doing 5 x 8s is ideal; 4 x10s is an option Will accept a MINIMUM of 3 consecutive shifts per week and has to be either Monday or Friday avail. They would accept 2 weeks per month as well if they did M-F.
Work Details:
• Facility Type: Hospital
• Practice Setting: OR
• EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
• Beds: 434, Level II
• Procedures: Neurology, IR (4 endo suites), Electrophysiology (EP), General Anes, Endoscopy, Cardiac Ablation, open hearts, OB (2 ORs) and spine. No transplants, No Peds.
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): preferred
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
-Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days--open to new grad but must have Level II experience
-Willing To License?: yes
