Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) needed in Detroit, MI

Requirements:
Board Certified
Active MI License
BLS & ACLS
Driver's License - Required

Job description:
Hospital setting
Documentation system/EMR: Cerner.
CRNAs supervised with a 1:4 MDA supervision ratio.
Average number of surgical cases per day: 45.
No pain management cases performed.
Trauma designation: Level 1 adult, Level 2 pediatric.
Operating rooms staffed with CRNA/MDA team, circulating RN, scrub tech/RN, and surgeon/residents.
Total number of operating rooms: 19.
Patient age demographic includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Required procedures: General surgical cases for adults and neurosurgical cases.
Comfortable with pediatric population preferred
Additional Procedures Required or Preferred:

Intraop mangement of gen surg, urology, gyn, podiatry, vascular cases
Offsites include EP lab, endoscopy, and interventional radiology
