Shift Details: Mon-Sun (NO CALL)
Schedule: 4x10 (7a-5p) (Weekend day coverage required)

· Amount of coverage needed per month: 8-10 FTE
· Patients per day:
· Patient population/age: 18 months and up
· Department description: Operating Room
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital bed size: 453
· Special procedures:
o Case Variety: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental and ENT, GI, urology, spine, neuro, optional OB.
NO trauma, cardiac, thoracic
• Skills required: Peripheral nerve blocks: interscalene, subclavian, PECS, ESP, adductor canal, popliteal, QL

Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Certification: NBCRNA Certification required (National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists)
· License required: Open to licensing
· DEA:
· CSR:
· Certifications preferred:
· Certifications required: ACLS, PALS
· Minimum experience required: 3 years hospital experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
