Support Team: Circulator/Surgical Director, ER physician, and the ER nurses will handle all respiratory needs and blood draws. The nurses are cross-trained to work in all departments. Blocks and scaling blocks. They do a lot of hips, knees and shoulders. Used to working in a rural setting
