Level 4 Trauma
EMR: CPSY System - Moving to Epic after the merger. IT will be available for support
MI License in hand
Support Team: Circulator/Surgical Director, ER physician, and the ER nurses will handle all respiratory needs and blood draws. The nurses are cross-trained to work in all departments.
Deal Breakers: Has to be a seasoned CRNA who doesn't rattle easily. Blocks and scaling blocks. They do a lot of hips, knees and shoulders. Used to working in a rural setting
Decision-Making: Present the candidate and do a phone interview with CEO
