CRNA needed in Michigan

Specialty: CRNA only (needing 4 fulltimers)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: through Dec 30 with option to extend
Shift Details/Schedule: Mon-Fri working fulltime. 7a-3p is ideal doing 5 x8s. 4x10s. is an option too.
Work Details:
• Support staff: CRNAs are medically directed
• Amount of coverage needed per month: fulltime (40 hours a week) Will accept a MINIMUM of 3 consecutive shifts per week and has to be either monday or friday avail. They would accept 2 weeks per month as well if they did M-F.
• Average cases per week: vary depending on case mix
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 376; Level II with 11 ORs
• Special procedures: Neurology, IR (there are 2-3 endo suites), Electrophysiology (EP), General Anes, Endoscopy, Cardiac Ablation, open hearts, light OB (2 ORs) and spine. No transplants, No Peds.

Requirements:
• State license required: no

Credentialing Timeframe: Temps can not be done currently. Open to new grads but would need Level II experience

Willing To License?: Yes. DEA is not required

• Ongoing for 6 months
• No call
• Special procedures: Neurology, IR (there are 2-3 endo suites), Electrophysiology (EP), General Anes, Endoscopy, Cardiac Ablation, open hearts, light OB (2 ORs) and spine. No transplants, No Peds.
