CRNA Locums | MN | OB & General | VBAC/TOLAC Experience Preferred

Job description

We are seeking a MN-licensed CRNA for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity covering two hospital campuses. This is ideal for CRNAs who enjoy flexible schedules, OB anesthesia, and a mix of supervised and unsupervised practice.

Candidates should be comfortable with adult and pediatric cases, and have experience with epidurals, TAP blocks, spinals, and peripheral blocks.

Schedule & Coverage

Contract Length: Ongoing

Regular Shifts: Monday–Thursday, 8–10 hours

Friday: Emergent cases only (C-section or occasional other cases)

Call Requirements:

Weekend call (rotated)

Weeknight PM call (rotated)

Epidurals and TAP blocks required for call coverage

Floating: Providers will float between Owatonna and Faribault (20 minutes apart)

Full-Time preferred, but 2 weeks per month may be considered

Clinical Practice

Owatonna: Supervised model, 1 MD on site

Faribault: Unsupervised model, strong OB CRNA required

Patient Population: Adults and pediatric patients

Skills Required: VBAC/TOLAC, epidurals, TAP blocks, spinals, peripheral blocks, general CRNA skills

Incentives

Weekend Beeper Call: $1500 (24 hrs) / $1000 (12 hrs)

Weeknight Beeper Call: $600 (8 hrs) / $800 (12 hrs)

Overtime: 1.5x after scheduled shifts

Holiday Pay: 1.5x normal rate

Requirements

MN-licensed CRNA required

Minimum experience: 1 year

• Two-facility coverage
• OB-focused locums
• Weekend and PM call included with flat-rate incentives
