CRNA Locum Need in Missouri

Job description

Position Details
• Contract Length: 3 months, with option to extend
• Shift Details: Day shifts, 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some variation to 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• On-Call Requirements:
o Weekday call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1 weekday per week)
o Weekend call: 24-hour shift once per month

Work Details
• Supervision: Managed by a Surgeon or Anesthesiologist (1 on duty)
• Patient Load: 12-15 patients per day
• Patient Population: All ages
• Department Overview:
o 5 CRNAs covering:
 Operating Room
 GI Lab
 OB C-section emergencies
 Epidurals
• EMR: Meditech; CRNAs document intraoperatively on paper
• Hospital Size: 114 beds, Level II Trauma Center
• Types of Cases:
o TEE, cardioversions (rare)
o No Cath Lab unless in an emergency
o ER cases only if emergencies arise
• Required Skills: Ability to manage all surgery, endoscopy, OB, and epidural cases

Practice Setting
• Facility: Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: CRNA
• License: Required or Compact license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks (Emergency privs granted)

• Monday-Friday
• 8 or 10 hour shifts
