Job description

Schedule & Call:
• Shift Type: 8- or 10-hour shifts
○ 8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
○ 10-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Practice Model:
• CRNAs supervised by MDs
• CRNA-to-MD ratio: 3:1
• MDs perform their own cases
• 9 anesthesia rooms

Case Types: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, OB
EMR / Charting System: Meditech / paper

Incentives:
• $20,000 completion bonus
○ $5,000 if provider starts 2/1 – 2/16
○ $15,000 after completion of 520 hours in 17 weeks
