· Amount of coverage needed per month: full time, will take part time
· Patient population/age: adults
· Department description: Collaborative practice and great hospital culture. 10 anesthetizing locations (including OB). Case mix consists of general surgery, ENT, ortho, bariatric, OBGYN, plastics, pediatric dental, podiatry, robotic, GI. Primary and collaborative.
· Hospital bed size: 200 beds

· Board Certification: yes
· License required: NM
· DEA: yes
· CSR: yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• Ongoing for 3 months
• Fast Credentialing
• Case mix consists of general surgery, ENT, ortho, bariatric, OBGYN, plastics, pediatric dental, podiatry, robotic, GI. Primary and collaborative.
