Position Details:

Schedule: 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts

Call Rotation: Some call - 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials!

Surgical Cases: Primarily Bread and Butter including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology, no hearts, no trauma cases and no neuro

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

St. Peter’s Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

Base Salary- $255,000, plus shift differentials
FTE = 1880 hours
40hr a week
Shift Based: 8hr, 10hr, 12hr shifts
5 weeks paid vacation
Lead CRNA + $25k stipend
$100,000.00 full time bonus; Payout as follows:

Starting bonus – $25k
6 months- $50k
Year 2 – $25K
Year 3: Start of Quality Incentive Metrics- $10k
CME:

$2500 per SPHPMA policy
5 days/1 week per SPHPMA policy
