LOCATION: 1 hour West of Albany
Setting: Hospital

Assignment Dates:
Start: December 15, 2025 (January start acceptable)
End: June 12, 2026
Full-time, ongoing assignment

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, flexible hours
No travel required (single campus coverage)

Case Types:
General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Orthopedic, Bariatric Surgery, and UroGynecology
No cardiac, neuro, or thoracic cases
Adult patient population with minimal pediatric volume
Spinal and epidural anesthesia required
Approximately 100 deliveries per month (low epidural rate, 15% section rate)
Supervision ratio: 1 physician : 3 CRNAs
7 ORs on site

EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 2–3 months with active NY license (expedited options available)
Travel & Lodging: Covered
Rate: $230/hour + travel and lodging
