CRNA needed in North Carolina

Job description

• Support staff: CRNAs are medically supervised by anesthesiologists
• Coverage Type: Fulltime
• Schedule Details: Fulltime need. Minimum 3 weeks a month.
Days--Need 4-5 CRNAs for 12 hour days with the flexibility to do 9a-9p or 11a-11p.

NIghts--Need 1-2 providers, 7p-7a primarily. There is a possbility to pick up a couple of these shifts times 3p-7a and a 3p-11p. Need a 40 hour week.

Weekends either Days or Nights--Need to do 2 weekend shifts per month. A weekend shift is either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday , 2 shifts per month would be ideal.

• Practice Setting: OR
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 3-7 cases per day
• Patient Age Group: adult
• Procedures: No hearts. No peds (they have a pediatric team that does 90% of the peds cases). Mostly general and neuro. Ability to do Spinal Anesthesia: preferred. Willing to work OB: preferred.

Support Staff for nights: 3 CRNAs in house on nights and a peds CRNA on call and heart CRNA on call. There is one in house MD. Typically will allow 2 OR rooms at night with one CRNA available for OB emergencies and traumas. When not working they have call rooms they can sleep in.

• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): NC
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d:
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Willing To License?: no
