Compensation and Benefits:
CRNA Compensation - 1099 Service Agreement:
Hourly Base Rate $190/hr
Regional Blocks Stipend +$5/hr
Pediatrics Stipend +$5/hr
Total Hourly Base Rate w/Blocks & Peds $200/hr
Full-Time @1712hrs, Total Compensation $325k-$345k
CRNA Compensation - Full-Time Hospital-Employed:
Base Compensation $238k-260k (based on experience)
OB Stipend $5k
Pediatrics Stipend $5k
Regional Blocks Stipend $5k
403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2) $8k
Vacation per 1 FTE 8 weeks/320hrs
Dues/Subscriptions/CME/Board Certification $4k
Signing Bonus (student loan support of $100k over 5 years) $20k
Paid holidays + Birthday Pay 6 holidays, 8hrs birthday
Overtime (>40 hrs) /Call Back Rate $200/hr
On-Call Rate/Night Findlay & Bluffton Hospitals $250/night
On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Hospital $1200/day
On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Bluffton $800/day
Vacation Payout 120 hrs @hrly rate
Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + Malpractice
Sick Time Accrual 600 hrs (FT: 4hrs/pay, PT: 2hrs/pay)
