ASSIGNEMENT DETAILS: 2517429
• Location: Toledo, OH
• Target Start: Late February or Early March 2025
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend or transition to perm
• Schedule: 1 Full time schedule (5-8s or 4-10's) and PRN available
• Department Description: Supervised Setting
• Type of Cases: Will do all except hearts, heads, neonates and OB’s. Peds are preferred but not required
• EMR: EPIC
• Practice Setting: Hospital - CRNA's are required to float between the metro region to include: 4 hospitals and one Surgery Center
• Required: Board Certified, Active OH license
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered

• Full Time or PRN available
