Shift Details: Need 1 full timer (5-8's or 4 10's) as well as PRN candidates

Schedule: Need 1 full timer (5-8's or 4 10's) as well as PRN candidates

Department Description: CRNA's are supervised - They will do all except hearts, heads, neonates and OB’s. We would prefer they do peds but not a deal breaker.

Toledo is the only level 1 and the others are either 2 or 3. Number of cases vary depending on where they work as it could be anywhere between 2-15 cases in a day.

EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:

Hospital - ** CRNA's are required to float between the metro region to include: Toledo Hosp, Flower Hosp, Bay Park Hosp, Wildwood Orthopaedic Spine Hosp, Genito Urinary Surgery Center. CRNA's will be supervised.

Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodging
Requirements:

Board Certification: Yes
License Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
