CRNA needed in OH

Job description

Rate: Starting at $220/hr +
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
Schedule: 7a-3p/Call hours: 3p-7a
Call Schedule: Call every 4th weekday and 5th weekend for both OB &OR call

Specific Dates of coverage needed:
May 9- call only,
June 20-22 call only,
July 18-20 call only,
July 21-23,
July 24-25 x2,
July 26-27,
Sept 24 call only,
Oct 29 call only,
Nov 2, Nov 27,
Dec 29- 30 x2,
Dec 31 x3, Jan 2 x2

Type of cases required: Bread and Butter, ENT, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Opthalmology, Podiatry
Supervision: All CRNA practice
Blocks - must be proficient: Yes
Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS
