Locum CRNAs Needed in Tulsa, OK

Job description

o Location: Tulsa, OK
o Practice Setting: Level 2 Trauma
o Assignment Duration: Start as soon as credentialed and book ongoing.
o Shift Types: 8, 10, and 12hr shifts available.
o Call: Preferred, but not required.
o Scope of Practice: No Cardiac. More acute, big pediatric cases, complex spines, liver resections, lungs. CRNAs doing trunk and ankle blocks, epidurals/spinals, a-lines.
o Care Team Model. Mixture of Medical Direction and QZ; CRNA will see and pre-opp their own patient.
o EMR: Cerner
o DEA - required
o Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 60-90 days to process a completed credentialing application.
