Seeking a skilled and confident Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an independent practice model handling a wide range of cases with full autonomy. Be part of a high-functioning team and enjoy the flexibility of a rotating call schedule, with ample opportunity to make an impact during the program’s expansion.

Key Highlights:

Annual Case Volume: ~3,800

Case Types:

High Volume: Endoscopy, Orthopedics (including joints & spines), Peds Dental, OB

OB Breakdown: 415 deliveries last year | 160 C-sections | No VBACs

Additional Cases: General surgery, Urology, Pain Management, GYN, ENT, Podiatry

Anticipated Growth: Expected increase in OB and general surgery

Team Model & Schedule:

Daily Coverage: 4 CRNAs (Mon–Fri)

Practice Type: Fully Independent CRNA Model

Call Rotation: Every 4th night & 5th weekend (flexible during ramp-up phase)

Required Skills:

Proficient in regional blocks, epidurals, and spinals

Ability to work independently across a wide procedural range
