CRNA locum opportunity in La Grande, Oregon, starting January 2026. This is an excellent critical access assignment for providers who enjoy autonomy, a variety of cases, and a beautiful Pacific Northwest location. Full details below 👇

📍 Location: La Grande, OR
🏥 Setting: Critical Access Hospital

Schedule: 4×10-hour shifts/week

Assignment Length: 3–6 months

Start Date: January 5, 2026

Call: 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month

EMR: Epic

💰 Compensation:

Hourly Pay: $250 – $260/hr

✈️ Travel covered | 🏡 Housing provided

🏗 Case Mix & Skills:

Ortho, General, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, occasional Endoscopy

No heads, hearts, or spines

Must be proficient in OB if taking call

Required Skills: Spinals, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC preferred but not required)

📝 Requirements:

Active Oregon CRNA License ✅

Board Certified ✅

DEA preferred

COVID-19 Vaccine or approved exemption required
