New Opportunity Located in Central SC with Aya Locums: CRNA

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for a 13-week assignment at a medical center in Central South Carolina. This position follows a 50-mile radius rule (no local candidates).

Assignment Details
• Start Date: Flexible
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Schedule Options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s
• Work Week: 40 hours per week – must be available to work every week (no part-time)
• Rotation: Must be willing to rotate to various ambulatory surgery centers
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

Work Details
• Supervision Model: Medical Direction Care Team (15 anesthesiologists, 70 CRNAs)
• Support Staff: Anesthesia techs
• Case Volume: Approximately 150 anesthetics per day across all locations
• Non-OR Sites: MRI, CT, IR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, OB, and 3 ASCs
• Case Mix: General, GYN, Orthopedics, Urology, Vascular
• Patient Population: Adults (18–geriatric)
• Skills Required: No regional or block skills required
• EMR: Epic (highly preferred)

Requirements
• Board Certification: CRNA required
• License: South Carolina license required; compact license accepted
• Certifications Preferred: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years required
