**Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)**

**Specialty:** CRNA

**Contract Length:** 6 months with 30-day notice

**Shift Details:** 10-hour and 12-hour shifts available. Call frequency is flexible based on provider availability.

**Schedule:**
- Monday through Friday
- Weekends and Call
- Must be able to work two weeks a month and willing to support all four facilities: Germantown, University, North, and South

**Work Details:**
- **Support Staff:** 25 MDs and 50 CRNAs
- **Coverage Needed:** 5 days a week, 2 weeks with Weekend & Call (Call is optional but must be able to work Monday through Friday)
- **Patients per Day:** Ratio when stable 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
- **Patient Population/Age:** Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric
- **Department Description:** Anesthesiology
- **EMR:** Currently Cerner, migrating to Epic in Spring
- **Hospital Bed Size:** 309 beds
- **Skills Required:** Proficiency in epidural, spinal, and regional anesthesia (e.g., brachial plexus, femoral-sciatic, ankle, wrist) with ultrasound guidance

**Practice Setting:**
- Hospital - Level 1 trauma center

**Requirements:**
- **Board Certification:** Required (Board Eligible considered)
- **License:** Not required to be licensed in Tennessee, will consider compact state licenses
- **DEA:** Not required
- **CSR:** Not required
- **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, PALS
- **Minimum Experience:** 2 years

**Credentialing Timeframe:** 2 weeks

**Additional Credentialing Information:**
- Providers must submit case logs for 350 hospital-based cases in the last 12 months as part of the credentialing process. Logs need to be from a hospital-based setting in a similar-sized Level 1 trauma center.
