NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg, TN just outside Memphis.

We Offer:
Base Salary $210K- $283K
$65K in call pay, $8K QI up to $40K Sign on Bonus w/ 2 years
