CRNA Needed in Memphis TN

Specialty: CRNA
Contract Length: 6 months ongoing
Shift Details: 5x10’s, 8s, 12s, 24s limited/not available. Call frequency is much as provider can.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with Weekend and Call Must be willing to support all 4 facilities (Germantown, University, North and South)
Work Details:
· Support staff: 25 MDs and 50 CRNAs in practice
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 5 days a week, 2 weeks Weekend & Call ***call is optional but must be able to work M-Fr
· Patients per day: Ratio when stable 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
· Patient population/age: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric
· Department description: Anesthesiology
· EMR: Cerner and migrating to Epic in Spring
· Hospital bed size: 309 beds
· Skills required: Epidural, spinal, regional (brachial plexus, fem-sciatic, ankle, wrist, etc.) with ultrasound.
Practice Setting:
• Hospital - trauma level 1
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes (Will take Board Eligible)
· License required: No but preference is to already have TN License, will look at a compact state license
· DEA: preferred yes not required
· CSR: preferred yes not required
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
· Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks

***Providers will need to produce case logs for 350 hospital based cases in the last 12 month, as part of the credentialing process. Logs need to be from hospital based setting in a similar sized level 1 trauma setting
***Provider must be willing to work minimum 2 weeks a month (ideally more)
***MUST BE WILLING TO CRED AT all 4 FACILITIES:

• Will look at candidates with the compact license
• Fast credentialing
• Ongoing for 6 months
