Job description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum services for an acute care hospital setting in Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking consistent weekday coverage in a high‑volume environment. This is an ongoing contract with potential for extension.

🏥 Job Details:

Setting: Acute care hospital with 18 anesthesia rooms

Schedule: 8‑hour and 10‑hour day shifts only; five 8‑hour shifts are mandatory

Coverage: Scheduled shifts only; no call required

Shift Commitment: Full‑time required; regular weekday hours

Support Services: CRNAs medically directed by MDs (ratio 5:1); MDs do not perform their own cases

Patient Population: Adults with occasional pediatrics

Procedures: General, neuro, ortho, cardiac, gynecology, urology, robotics, ENT, plastics, GI, IR, cath lab

Charting: Cerner

Facilities: Multiple hospital systems; flexibility to work across both required

📋 Requirements:

Board Certification: CRNA required

License: Active Tennessee license required; not willing to license

Certifications: DEA required

Experience: Minimum experience preferred; new graduates not specified

Charting Experience: Cerner required

📝 Additional Notes:

Providers must be flexible and willing to work across multiple hospital systems

Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days

No in‑house call, weeknight call, or weekend call required

Overtime not expected
