• Schedule: 4 days per week, 7a–5p
• Availability: Full-time required

• Practice Model: Medical direction
• Cases: Main OR, Women’s, Ortho
• ORs: 34
• Blocks: No blocks required
• License: Active Tennessee license required
• EMR: Meditech / Medaxion
• Credentialing: Emergency privileges in 30 days — must have clean file
