$210 + 1 Roundtrip Flight, Rental Car, & Lodging
$220 + Mileage & Lodging
$230 + Mileage
Case Types: Pain Management, Orthopedics, Vascular, GI, Podiatry, Ketamine Infusion Therapy, & Occasional PEDS (NO OB, Trauma, Hearts, or Neuro)
Monday – Friday: Client wants CRNA to be flexible with 5 - 8’s & 4 - 10s
