*PROVIDERS WILL BE WORKING AT MORE THAN ONE FACILITY
Worksites Location: Austin, TX area
ASAP - Ongoing...Assignment is a guaranteed 8 weeks with the possibility of an extension.
Provider must be able to start as soon as credentialed

Available Shift Options:
• Day Shifts: 12-hr shifts
• Weeknights: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Weekends: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
No Call
No Overtime Expected
Case Types: General, OB, Neuro, Ortho. OB is Required...We must ensure the provider has done OB within the past 2 years and can provide us with case logs & references which validate their OB experience within the past 2 years.
Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 5
Are MDs supervising CRNAs? Yes
What is the CRNA to MD ratio? 4 to 1
Are MDs doing their own cases? Yes
EMR: iPro
Active TX License Required
Cred'g/Priv'g: 60 days
Hourly Pay Rate for CRNA/CAA: $195 + T & L...$143/day + the day before and after – lodging/housing stipend, $275/week – car rental /mileage stipend and client will pay for 1 roundtrip flight every 3 months.
OT Hourly Pay Rate for CRNA: $270/ hour
