CRNA x 1 - 2 Needed in Houston, TX area

Location: Cypress, TX (Houston area) - 39 mins NW of Houston, TX
Facility Type: Hospital
Length of Assignment: 3 months, may extend
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hr shifts
No Call
Coverage needed for 2 OR's for 8 hours. If client needs the CRNA longer on a given day, client will pay OT after 8 hours in day.
No Weekends
Case Types: ENDO = EGS, Colonoscopies, ERCPs, Bronchoscopies. Client may also need the CRNA to cover General, Ortho/Spine.
Cred'g & Priv'g Timeframe: Temps are available for providers with 100% clean files.
Hourly Pay Rate: $205 + T & L
