Locum CRNA need Fort Worth, TX

CRNA needed to start in Fort Worth, TX - as soon as
Shift: Preference would be a schedule with 2x8s and 2x12s, but open to 4x10s and 5x8s.
Types of cases: All but OB.
CRNA will need to do spinals/epidurals.
Patient type: Adult/Geriatric.
Prefer 2 years of experience.
Medical Direction.
EMR: Epic
Credentialing timeline: 90 days
