Position Overview
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists are needed for an ongoing locums opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position offers highly flexible scheduling options, guaranteed shift hours, optional call, and paid travel and lodging for full-time commitments.
Assignment Details
Start Date: January 19, 2026
Duration: Ongoing through July 31, 2026
Number of Providers Needed: 4 CRNAs
Commitment:
3-month commitment required upfront
Full-time preferred (4 weeks/month), though 1–3 weeks/month considered
Schedule & Shifts
Monday–Friday
Flexible shift options:
4x10s, 5x10s
3x12s, 4x12s, 5x12s
Shift Guarantees:
10-hour or 12-hour guarantees based on scheduled shift
Call not required
Optional call available for weeknights and weekends
CRNA is 1st call when taking call
No post-call day off required
Approximate call rotation: 1:8 (staffing dependent)
Practice Setting
Hospital-based anesthesia practice
CRNAs cross-credentialed and available to work at two nearby facilities
Primary location with occasional coverage at a secondary site

Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Minimum 1 year of experience
ACLS, BLS, PALS (facility dependent)
Strong team communication skills
Licensure & Credentialing
Active Oklahoma license preferred
Compact license accepted
Oklahoma DEA and Oklahoma BNDD preferred (can be obtained)
Credentialing can begin while licenses/registrations are in process
All Oklahoma credentials must be active before MEC board approval
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 4 weeks

Compensation
$220/hr – Full-time (4 weeks/month, minimum 4x10s or 3x12s weekly)
$210/hr – Part-time (1–3 weeks/month)
Overtime paid for hours worked beyond scheduled shifts
