Job description

- Required Shift Times: 8, 10, 12, 16.
- Other Shift Type: Required Evening shifts: 11a-11p or 3p-11p.
- Day Shift: Required.
- No OT.
- Cases: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB.
- Site Charting System: iPro, Cerner.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 40.
- Are MDs supervising CRNA: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Providers will working at 4 sites.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Accelerated Privileges?: Temporary (30-60 days.)
- Credentialing: 90 days.
