September 21 - 25
September 28 - October 2
October 5 - 9, October 12 - 16
October 19 - 23, Nov 23 - 27
December 7 - 11
December 14 - 18
December 28 - 31
Cases: Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Spinals, blocks, epidurals - must be proficient
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
