THE ROLE: NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking an Assistant Chief CRNA Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to lead and support the team at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, VA. The clinical team has an exceptionally strong culture, and this leader will play an integral part in driving continued positive impact on the team. This leader will need to have exceptional interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills. In addition to the clinical requirements of this position, the Assistant Chief CRNA will take on several leadership duties including scheduling, equipment management, and IT systems related management. THE FACILITY: Inova Alexandria Hospital, Alexandria, VA. A 318-bed community hospital that offers a full range of healthcare services and has received national recognition for healthcare excellence CASES INCLUDE: OB, Ortho, Gen Surg, Neuro, Endo, Plastics, GYN, Vascular, Podiatry and Urology.
