Contract Length: 2-3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 8.5, 10 and occasional 12 hour and call shifts
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7a-7p, 7a-5p, 7a-330p)
Work Details:
· Support Staff: Attending physicians
· Patient Population/Age: Adult
· Department Description: Robots, endo, general, spine, breast, bariatric, ortho, EP
· EMR: Medaxion
· Hospital Bed size: 300, trauma level II
· Skills Required: Should have broad scope of practice. Typically do their own spinals
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Must be a GREAT provider to submit without a license
· DEA: No
· CSR: No
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• Ongoing for 3 months
