Position Overview:
Join a busy, medically supervised care-team model supporting a full range of bread-and-butter and advanced cases (excluding complex vascular, head/spine, and neuro). This role offers a diverse caseload, a fast-paced OR environment, and collaboration with a strong anesthesia team.

Case Mix / Types of Surgery

Expected to perform:
• Cardiac
• Complete Ortho
• OB
• Pediatric (healthy peds)
• Regional
• Thoracic
• General Surgery
• ENT
• GI Endoscopy
• GYN
• Podiatry
• Robotic Procedures
• Urology
• Vascular (non-complex)

Not performing:
• Complex vascular
• Head/spine
• Neuro

Workload & Environment

• Average 40–45 total general anesthetic cases/day across the department
• CRNAs typically handle 3–4 cases/day
• Medically supervised, care-team model
• CRNAs provide coverage to:
– 7 ORs in main surgery
– 4 ORs in adjacent Surgi-Center
– 2 GI treatment rooms
– 1 Bronchoscopy room
– 1 Cath Lab
