CRNA Needed in Wyoming

Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: Mid April – Can accommodate rushed privileging
Contract Length: 3 month ongoing
Shift Details: Shift Details: 40hrs/week; 4x10 shift; 1 call shift during the week; 1 call weekend per month (Sat/Sun)
Schedule: 4x10
Work Details:
· Support staff: Work under an ANES, but a very autonomous practice
· Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE
· Patients per day: 3-4 cases per day
· Patient population/age: Comfortable with healthy peds (ENT) to Elderly
· Ortho, Gen, ENT, Urology (no head, heart vascular)
· Department description: Operating Room
· EMR: Cerner community works
· Hospital bed size: 120
· Special procedures: Ortho, Gen, ENT, Urology (no head, heart, vascular)
· Skills required:
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: NBCRNA
· License required: WY but open to looking at out of state
· DEA:
· CSR:
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
· Minimum experience required: 2-3 but open to less.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 but can expedite

• Scheduled hours + On Call required
• Willing to license
• Ongoing for 3 months
