Anesthesiologist needed in Anchorage, AK

Job description

•Support staff: 8 physicians & more than 30 CRNAs (Independent supervised model)

•# of patients per day: TBD

•Hospital bed size: 182

•Credentialing timeline: 2-3 weeks (typically 60-90 days) but this is a high priority placement for facility, can possibly do temporary and expedited privileges for locums

EMR- Cerner

•Additional job specifics:
-Level II trauma center, offers over 30 specialties acute medical and primary care services, CRNA's not supervised.

***Case mix for MD's- ***
-Must be willing to work Peds Cases (young & advanced) willing to do OB, C-sections, Regional, Nerve Blocks, Spinals & Epidurals (All required)

Client doesn't have challenges finding help during summer months so providers with availability for Fall, Winter & Spring are preferred.
