Aya Locums is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a locum assignment at a hospital in North Central Arizona.

Assignment Details
• Start Date / Coverage Dates:
– 06/01–06/05
– 06/15–06/19
– 06/24–06/26
– 07/06–07/10
– 07/13–07/17
– 08/03–08/07
– 08/27–08/28
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Schedule: Weekday coverage based on listed dates
• Shift Details: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• Call Requirements: Night and weekend coverage may be needed

Work Details
• Patient Volume: 4–8 patients per day
• Patient Population: All ages
• Department Description: Broad case mix including geriatric fractures, urology, general surgery (no bariatrics), advanced breast cancer surgery, total joints, endoscopy with Propofol infusion, and OB coverage
• Annual Volume: Approximately 3,000 OR cases, 3,000 endoscopy cases, and 500 OB deliveries per year
• Support Staff: CRNAs and nursing staff
• EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting
• Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Arizona license required or IMLC LOQ accepted
