Anesthesiology Locums Opportunity – CA
Start Date: February 23, 2026
Contract Length: 3+ months
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Length: 12- or 14-hour shifts
• 6:30 AM–7:00 PM or 6:30 AM–9:00 PM
• No shorter shifts available
Call/Weekends: No call, no weekends

Work Details:
• Hospital-based practice at a Level I Trauma Center (high acuity)
• Medical direction model with supervision of CRNAs; may perform solo cases
• Case mix includes ortho, GYN, general surgery, neuro, ENT, vascular, and GI
• No pediatrics
• Procedures include ventilator management, central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active California license required (must be in hand; not willing to license)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Local candidates only

Credentialing Timeframe:
• Approximately 30–45 days
