Schedule: Nights + Weekends
Shift Options:
Standard night shifts
Weekend coverage
24-hour weekend shifts available (Fri–Sun)
Minimum Commitment: 3–4 shifts per month
Call: None

🩺 Work Details
Responsibilities Include:
Covering L&D, OR, and trauma cases
Supervising CRNAs
Practicing independently in a high-acuity environment
👶 OB / Trauma Volume
~1,800 births per year
High-acuity trauma exposure
Broad anesthesia case mix
🧠 Clinical Scope & Skills
General anesthesia
OB anesthesia (L&D coverage required)
Trauma anesthesia
Supervision of CRNAs
Ability to manage high-acuity, fast-paced cases
👥 Ideal Candidate
Comfortable in Level I trauma environment
Confident with L&D + trauma cases
Able to work independently while supervising CRNAs
✅ Requirements
Board Certification: BE, BC, or BX considered
License: Active California license required
DEA: Active CA DEA required
Certifications: BLS
Experience:
Minimum Level II trauma experience required
Level I trauma experience strongly preferred
Open to strong new grads

Timeline: 90–120 days

• 26 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
