About the clinician's workday

The credentialing process for this opportunity takes approximately 90 days. The facility operates with a two-MD model, where two physicians work on a two-week on, two-week off schedule, and medically supervise four CRNAs. The facility features four operating rooms, one endoscopy room, and one OB OR. It has a 7-bed PACU and an 8-bed pre-op area. The cases handled include general B&B and OB, with a small number of healthy pediatric ENT cases. The surgical team consists of two general surgeons, two gastric surgeons, a podiatrist handling about 10 cases per month, an ENT performing around 12 cases per month, two urologists each handling about 10 cases per month, and an ophthalmologist performing 10 cataract surgeries every Wednesday. Currently, there is one OB doctor managing 20-25 deliveries per month, with the hospital actively recruiting a second OB doctor.
