Anesthesiologist needed in Florida

Job description

• First date of coverage needed:? July 13, 2025
• Rotation/Dates of Coverage Needed:? 2 weeks on/2 weeks off ongoing rotating in and out on 7 am Sundays
• Reason for need: Perm search
• Daily Model: Solo provider practice – 1 MD everyday
• Hours: 7a – 3p in the OR / call starts at 3p – 7a
• Weeknight Call Rotation: Call every night
• Weekend Call Rotation: Call every weekend in rotation
• Call Response Time: 30 min
• Case Types: NO OB - Mostly gen, endo, light peds (~25/yr)
• EMR: Medaxion
• Certifications:?? ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Provider must be ABA boarded and have a DEA.
• Skills Required: must be proficient in blocks and spinals
• Types of cases required: NO OB, endo, light peds (25 annually), gen (275annually) -- regional (100 annually) - TAP, interscalene, femoral/adductor canal, popliteal, ankle, central lines, spinals (5 annually)
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals must be proficient: Yes
• Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
• Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions

• Ongoing for 3 months
• Scheduled hours + On Call required
• Types of cases required: NO OB, endo, light peds (25 annually), gen (275annually) -- regional (100 annually) - TAP, interscalene, femoral/adductor canal, popliteal, ankle, central lines, spinals (5 annually)
